Direction:

Scoop out a tablespoon or two and begin to massage it onto your skin while in the shower or bath. Work in a circular motion, starting with your extremities and toward your heart. Use on your thighs, buttocks, stomach and maybe even your feet Leave the scrub on your skin for 5 to 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water. Avoid cuts or open wounds as the salt would sting. Pat dry with a towel. For a finishing touch moisturize your body with Jericho Body lotion. Apply 1-2 times a week. Avoid contact with eyes.
